Three Urban Reforms- A boom for Builders
NDA government’s flagship Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)
housing scheme, Smart Cities mission and the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and
Urban Transformation (AMRUT) have been launched by the revered Prime Minister
Narendra Modi. This has been received with much merry by the real estate
industry as these schemes are real promising for India’s development.
OrrisInfrastructure is, a big name among the top builders in Gurgaon, has welcomed
the projects whole-heartedly and aim to further its growth through these
growth-oriented schemes.They are one of the reputed builders in gurgaon. Mr. Vijay Gupta, Chief Managing Director of Orris
Infrastructure, one of the leading real estate developers in Gurgaon, said,
“Acche Din seem to be approaching in reality as our government and respected PM
Modi are taking steps in the right direction. Housing for all, AMRUT and Smart
Cities are big reforms which are really promising for realty industry. With
investment over Rs 300,000 crore, these reforms will lead to the overall
development of the country.”
Confederation of Real Estate Developer’s Association of India
(Credai) has congratulated PM Modi for the three urban reforms he has
introduced. The association has extended its support towards these
infrastructural reforms. Credai also believes that its time to bring a hold on
sporadic development and implement a focused plan of action. Credai has
extended its support to the government to achieve ‘Housing for All’ by 2022 and
hence change the mindsets of all stakeholders in businesses of the country.
Orris Infrastructure's graph of growth in the recent past has
been going high but Mr. Vijay Gupta is even more hopeful as acche din have finally arrived. He also
said, “These projects will attract FDI and an efficient management of that will
lead the country’s urban lifestyle to another level.”
