 Three Urban Reforms- A boom for Builders

NDA government’s flagship Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) housing scheme, Smart Cities mission and the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) have been launched by the revered Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This has been received with much merry by the real estate industry as these schemes are real promising for India’s development.

Confederation of Real Estate Developer’s Association of India (Credai) has congratulated PM Modi for the three urban reforms he has introduced. The association has extended its support towards these infrastructural reforms. Credai also believes that its time to bring a hold on sporadic development and implement a focused plan of action. Credai has extended its support to the government to achieve ‘Housing for All’ by 2022 and hence change the mindsets of all stakeholders in businesses of the country.
